BBA BLOGZKRIEG! 2010, In Like a Lamb?

BBA’s very own “expert” league kicked off its inaugural season on the 1st of March, as we began a “slow auction” via Couch Managers at just past noon EST.  Our first player was officially “sold!” just over 24 hours later, when Jonathan Gangi of Roto Rebel acquired Dodgers catcher, Russell Coltrane Martin, for a bid of $18.  Five minutes later Jonathan bought his second player, Andrew Bailey, for $16.  The auction will progress like Ulysses on the island of Aeaea, or, as Nando Di Fino puts it, “like swoopo.com”, and will probably take the better part of March.  Each of our twelve owners has an operating budget of $330 with which to fill 30 roster spots (23 active, 7 bench).  You can check in, if the spirit moves you, at my BBA BLOGZKRIEG! 2010 tracking homepage.
